HipHopera
Interactive Music Experience, Viacom New Media, 1993 - 1994

HipHopera was an exploration into the space of interactive music multimedia. At its heart was a Bounce application that combined stored MIDI sequences, reatlime MIDI input, output and manipulation, and model-driven realtime character animation to deliver a game like musical experince to the end user. I led or contributed to all aspects of the project's design, development and production.

Users improvise music by moving characters around the stage.

The dataflow language Bounce was used to constuct the HipHoppera application.
